Job Overview

We are currently seeking independent caregivers and CNAs to provide in-home care services in the Kansas City metro area. This is a contractor position (1099) with flexible scheduling — ideal for professionals who value autonomy, heart-centered work, and being paid what they’re worth.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Provide companionship, emotional support, and safety supervision

• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

• Offer respite support for family caregivers

• Document care and communicate clearly with clients and family members

• Optional: end-of-life comfort sitting or overnight shifts (case-by-case)

 

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or related field

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Pass a background check and provide references

• Strong communication, compassion, and dependability

• Respectful of all backgrounds, beliefs, and family cultures

• Ability to work independently while upholding high standards of care
